Halloween was quiet at home. Chief and I just watched “Heroes” which has become a habit for Chief and I on Wednesday nights together with “Boston Legal” as we followed the story of the “autistic lawyer” within the firm and see links and hints of Denny Crane to his old Capt. Kirk character in Star Trek.
All through watching TV we enjoyed mouth-watering tiramisu from “Gng Bukid” and some chocolate bars. More calories. Hehehe. Really good dessert. And affordable price.
The kids at 2B sent out nice little Halloween greetings to their neighbors in the same floor. And we responded with a basket of chocolate bars and Oishi’s “toasted bread.” I was teasing Chief, “Baka gusto mo din bigyan ng green salad and even red wine?” Am sure CG smiled!
Over at the “Late Show with Jay Leno,” Tom Cruise was guest and talking about his latest movie with Meryl Streep. While David Letterman had Jennifer Connally.
